Introducing a newly engineered closed molding machine that features a specialized, high-efficiency cooling system specifically designed for aluminum modules. This advanced cooling technology ensures optimal thermal management during the molding process.

The equipment also includes a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine. It is equipped with a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold, allowing for efficient and precise production.

Our modules are made from interchangeable LY12 aviation aluminum alloy, known for its superior quality. This alloy contains 5% copper, providing enhanced strength and durability suitable for demanding applications.

Utilizing a precision pressure casting process, the modules are crafted to be resistant to deformation and free from light pores. This meticulous manufacturing approach guarantees robust and reliable components.
